This 1925 building started as a National Tea Company grocery store and is now owned by Z Puppets Rosenschnoz, with many lives in between! Learn about the building’s colorful history, peek into the life and work of puppeteers and see murals by Dakota artist Graci Horne.

Z Puppets' Creative Directors Shari & Chris will share with visitors snapshots of the building’s colorful history, peeks into the life and work of puppeteers and murals and window gallery by local artists. Visitors can enjoy our:

• display of puppets
• storefront window gallery of art about climate literacy by Emma Ambrosi
• two wall murals on outside of the building and colorful garden signs about the Native plants on site by Dakota/Lakota artist Graci Horne.

Be Prepared
Parking Free street parking along Chicago Ave. and 41st Street. There is a step up to the entrance. The rain garden will just be beginning to sprout for the season.
