25 Groveland Terrace, home of the renowned Groveland Gallery surpassing 52 years, is an imposing castle-like structure within Lowry Hill in S. Minneapolis. This historic structure looks out from its hill behind the Walker Art Center and Sculpture Garden - elegantly facing our downtown Minneapolis skyline, surrounded by church steeples. For generations 25 Groveland Terrace has caught the eye of passers-by with massive granite masonry and vivid green tile roof. Built in 1894 from the same stone and builders as our beloved Minneapolis City Hall. We invite you to enjoy the porch view and interiors, with fine art, oval plaster ceilings, carriage house and Minneapolis history!

Experience the 1926 historic Mikro Kodesh orthodox synagogue that was converted to Disciples Ministry nondenominational church in 1980. The building, adapted for reuse, houses many walk-in coolers and freezers used to distribute perishable food by the truckload to thousands of needy Minnesotans.
